I have a case with SSI. My mother also have a couple of matters she would like to be attended to by a lawyer.
The problem I am having with SSI is that I am trying to get the back pay for my father N.M. that passed away. He was a veteran and they had a life insurance policy on him. Social Security didn’t pay us anything after he passed so I need help to get the back payment from them. My father passed away when I was around 17 years old and now I am 47 years old. I was supposed to be receiving $500 per month until I turned 21 but I didn’t receive anything at all for the 5 years and now I am trying to get the back pay from SSI.
My mother said if you can assist with my case then she’ll seek your assistance with the issues she is having.
