I need to know what to do, I am facing discrimination at my job, other workers are being paid $12/$14 an hour and I'm getting $8 for the same job. I do clean-up services at new homes and have been employed with Ryals Cleaning Service for 2 - 2 1/2 years. There are a lot of discrepancies with my pay, my hours are always short, and I am not paid time & a half for overtime. I always have to be hunting down my boss in order to collect my checks. They told me I'm getting paid $12 per hour but on the payslip, it's showing $10. I was accused of stealing gas and I also want help for defamation of character.
