I have a question about my mortgage lender, Mr. Cooper (formerly Nation star). I just looked at my credit report on Credit Karma and they have reported numerous latest on my record in 2019. I did not have any latest at all in 2019. I called them yesterday and they connected me to 3 different departments and finally told me to email them screenshots of my credit report. Also, in speaking to these 3 different departments, I was told that I had been charged $600+ in late fees and $400+ in late fees. My mortgage balance has not gone down at all - in fact, it has only increased. I need a real estate attorney to look at my situation.
