Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
Initially, I wanted to sue Doordash or go to arbitration because I felt I was wrongfully deactivated. Since I was doing catering orders for DoorDash at the time (and those orders paid significantly more than individual orders), I began to stop accepting single orders because they changed their payout parameters, decreasing order pay. This happened around October 2019, “coincidentally” around the same time they deactivated me. I never followed through with attempting to sue them. Is that still an option?
Otherwise, I suppose I would like to be reactivated with them.
There are other details to the story, including their eventual acquisition of Caviar that once again cut off a stream of income for me.
Status: case resolved
