I am looking for a paralegal because I am being charged with assault with a deadly weapon in which I need some court papers to be written up. In the situation the officer did not ask me what happened, instead, he asked the other person. On 2/15/22 my granddaughter XXXX XXXX was choking me and I was trying to stop her from choking me. I’m a senior citizen and that is elder abuse. I haven’t been to court yet but the court date is set for 4/5/22.
