We have been going through Arbitrator for over a year with Auto Dealer's general counsel attorney. We are not done fair yes, threats after threats from the attorney. Yes, we purchase a vehicle from an Auto dealer back on August 27, 2022. The vehicle went out on us. 3 days later we put down $7,000 plus trade our Honda car in for the amount of $3,890. We have not had a vehicle since the time of purchase. They keep promising to settle with us but have been lying to us each time. Here last week they told us they were willing to settle for $4,500. And if we didn't accept it we wouldn't get anything. The $4,500 will be fine with us because we are tired of dealing with that company. I have documentation of all the letters and courts we have been through. Every time we file a lawsuit against them, the car dealer's attorney goes to court and gets a motion. This has been going on for over a year. All we are worried about is our rights and the potential of our outcome.
