My husband has been granted inheritance in Poland and now owns an apartment there. He has a will currently giving me (his wife) everything if he passes and we want to know if this includes the apartment in Poland or are there other rules that may stop the will in Poland from being valid upon his passing or is there any other options so we do not have any issues upon passing.
