Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Need help with a DOL settlement. The money has been allocated, but my brother (the recipient) is on medicad in il. DO YOU KNOW WHAT AVENUE WE NEED TO APPROACH? There will be no money exchanged until we have the right answer. His name is TN, the settlement is sizable. I think the money was allocated on feb, 9th. There are 2 attys on it that can't seem to know what to do next. You can see why I'm skeptical. I have no problem with paying if the service is good. Thanks, p.s. someone out there should have the answer. |
