Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). How do I go about suing a home warranty company for $1000? The company is Service Plus. I have had nothing but headaches since purchasing the plan. There is a 100% refund if not completely satisfied but now I’m told it must be mutual. It’s a warranty. Dryer broke. On the 8th phone call. Multiple no-shows by tech. |
