Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I would like to enquire about T-Mobile and Chase Bank. I would like to know if I have a case standing with both entities. I am not satisfied with the cases I had with them. T-Mobile had overcharges on my account as I had several aligns with them and they were supposed to close some of the lines, but they failed to do so and they kept billing me. My phone was stolen and they were supposed to close my account and send me a new phone but they didn't follow through. They leaked my information and my identity was stolen and this has caused me headaches and money. This also affected my credit rating and it went down and I couldn't buy a house or anything as I had to be paying higher interest rates. Chase Bank also overcharged me with fees. |
