Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Who is your dispute with?: T-Mobile Dispute/Inquiry Reason: Lied to switch Dispute Dollar Amount: $3000 Dispute Description: I was lied to by their agent I was told a number of times during our conversation that they would pay off my phones if I switched and no money out of my pocket I asked him a number of times. I mailed in 2 note20 phones to trade in and they said I only sent in 1 but they have 2 IME numbers funny if they only received 1 phone then. I was told I had to pay off my phones and they will credit me each month just from the start nothing but lies on top of lies. |
