Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).


I place an order as soon as it came out, and they process it and give me a tracking # now they telling me they are out of stock they are not refunding my money. I have to call them to find this out, they never reach out to me to let me know they don't have my kid Jordan's.
