Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I was wondering if I can do something about a ghostwriting company I hired almost 2 years ago. I feel like there's been poor communication I don't like any of the chapters they tried to write. I e been asking for a refund and there playing phone tag with me I paid $5,000 upfront and they have not even written 1 good chapter for me. Please advise. |
