Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). Hi, My employment was wrongfully terminated in June 2020. My Arbitration took place on 12/17/2021. I received a call from the union representative that I won the right to go back to work but they did not give me the monetary damages since June 2020. I am looking for legal advice to find options available out there. |
