Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). My son received unemployment benefits deposited to a debit card serviced by Bank of America. Last October,2021, my son discovered over sixteen thousand dollars was missing from his account. He immediately filed a claim with the banks fraud department. Bank of America repeatedly is refused to reimburse any of the missing money even if after my son filed a police and an FBI report. The customer service people even told them that he was obviously the victim of of fraud but they weren't allowed to help him. Please tell me me how to to do help my son. Status: resolved |
