Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). I was cited for not paying a toll. I did pay, but when I was leaving, the light turned RED right away. I need help. I don’t want to pay the $60 penalty because I paid $2.50 when I used the toll road going to Otay Lakes in Chula Vista. |
