Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). My wife got scammed by Express. They say she signed up for Express Style Trial. It's where they send you outfits in the mail and you send them back if you don't want them. She never got an outfit, but they charged her for 8 months. We just noticed it on the credit card. She never got a confirmation that she signed up or anything. I think at some point she had to put in her credit card, but she never hit submit on the trial. She called and they refunded half the money but said they wouldn't do it all. That's like $500. |
