Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). Got an email stating I had been deactivated for fraud the day after the app had a huge crash where orders were being canceled and marked as undelivered. The app was down for 4 hours. On forums, many other door dashers got deactivated as well for “fraud”. The only fraud committed is by this company. They have numerous times adjusted order guarantee pay amounts to much less after completing the orders stealing tips. Happened numerous times. In my brother's account, they sent 900 dollars of weekly pay for 40 hours to some random account and he has still not gotten his money back either. |
