Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). Do landlords do renewal on leases I had to co-sign for my ex before we broke up and I told her about the other person he moved in she told me that he would be evicted. I want my name off the lease. I thought leases for 6 mths to year so I thought he has all papers the landlord told me if anything happens to the apartment I would be responsible. The landlord told me she was going to get in contact with me I just want my name off of that lease. |
