Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). Inquiry--4 family members including myself were charged with 3rd-degree domestic assault. I plead guilty as did my daughter and were assessed fines and court costs. We somewhat lied in our written statements that the other family members attacked us. Thone 2 plead not guilty. Now we have been subpoenaed to testify again the 2 that are not guilty. When we testify that our earlier statements were fabricated can we be charged for lying on our statements? case resolved---- |
