Here is a previous question that was asked by ***(Identity withheld for privacy reason). How do I obtain legal help for a meritorious 42 USC § 1983 action that has passed the 1915(a) frivolous screening, and that the US marshals have served 12 state officials/defendants for admittedly irresponsibly exposing me to, and infecting me with the most dangerous drug-resistant strain of tuberculosis TB, prescribing me the appropriate 6 month series of anti-TB medication/treatment, but only giving/providing me with 2 months’ worth of (and it is a well-known medical fact that partial treatment is much more dangerous than no, treatment at all, as it allows the latent TB germ in the body to mutate into further resistant to treatment strain) and that I have been begging, pleading and formally grieving for the full series of prescribed treatment to preserve my life since 2010 (well over a decade) and these same said officials adamantly refuse to provide it! I am beginning the discovery stage, and am in desperate need of professional help and my life may be endangered of death! USAC and affiliates obtained a settlement. |
