Here is a previous question that was asked by ***(Identity withheld for privacy reason). My ex and I share joint custody, 50/50 one week on and one week off. Since we have joint custody, the judge refused child support. But the issue I have is that my ex always keeps the clothes I send her in, and then sends her back in clothes that don't fit. Talking to him about this issue hasn't helped and he refuses to send clothes back or buy her new ones. Also, on his weekends, she's constantly staying the night at his girlfriend's mother's house or her grandparent's house. He's hardly ever around her when he has her. |
