Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Ford motor credit keeps opening and closing the same account for the last 3 years and updating its initiation day so it looks like its a new account, they also keep upping the balance on the account but yet they and the collection attorney keep saying it’s the other one doing the reporting. Ford credits lies have costed me a chance to be a business owner and potential revenue of 3,000$ a day for the last year and I want every penny they’ve costed me and there account of my credit report immediately, this is going on a year of there lies now. |
