Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I was a delivery driver for Uber delivery service and I was terminated on October 20, 2022. I think it is unfair and I would like to seek arbitration. They said I committed fraud, but they wouldn't give me the details of what I did. There was a mistake in my pay a few weeks before, as I was overpaid. I thought they would have corrected it and I am wondering if the fact that they made a mistake was the reason for them terminating me. I didn't commit fraud because I didn't steal anyone's food, I always delivered it, and I don't know why I was terminated. |
