Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I wanted to see if my Citibank Dividend card has an arbitration clause to force it out of court and settle my debt of $7,800. I'm being sued by a 3rd party who bought my debt from Citibank and trying to get to arbitration to settle. I already filed an answer thru Solosuit online and I see there's an option to force arbitration if the Citibank has it in the clause conditions but I can't find it online - it's an older card that isn't issued anymore. Can I have someone contact me back later? I have to run to my job for a few hours but need some consult on the next steps as I don't want to fly back to California to go to court over a credit card debt. I'm in Texas. It's Cavalry SPV I, LLC that's the company suing me. Total amount is: $7,823.72. |
