Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I am looking for a lawyer named FC. I want a lawyer that can help with a DUI case. I was pulled over on Sunday but I wasn't the one driving. I went to the bar with a girlfriend and we were both drinking, but she was the one driving and she asked me to switch seats and I did. I felt sorry for her as she was saying they would take her kids away and she would go to jail for a long time. I told the police I couldn't take the DUI and that I wasn't the one driving, but the police didn't believe that she asked me to switch seats. I was asleep when she got pulled over. I also have messages from her saying that she's sorry but she can't take the DUI as she would do 3 years but I also won't take it for her as I also have my life. I would like a lawyer to advise me if I have a case with this. |
