Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Hi, I'm wondering if you can help with a court order paper I got from a lawyer that is suing my daughter-in-law for $6000 as she has not been able to pay a personal loan since my son went on disability as his kidney failed and he is on dialysis. We live in Alberta Canada. All the lawyers are expensive to see and can't afford it and looking at what we can do. What can you guys do? How does this work? She only has like 5 days left to respond to her lawyer. Do you guys contact the lawyer that sent the court paper? Cause she can't get a lawyer they don't have the money. How long does it take to get advice? Do the lawyers contact her lawyer after? Her name is KM. The lawyer's name is LL. Lagace and Associates INC from Alberta. They are being represented by an agent. |
