Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). I am facing a somewhat impossible situation here. My issue is that a friend of mine lost control over her business Facebook page as a victim of a phishing attack. Unfortunately, we could not find any help in the issue, it's almost impossible to contact any support representative at Facebook. This is a business site, and my friend's revenue can depend on that page, it has 150.000 followers, and now she cannot post, the unauthorized hacker is posting totally irrelevant videos on the page. Can you help us get in contact with Facebook, or is there a legal way to have them at least read our support request e-mail? |
