Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Do you handle accident claims where the other person did not have insurance and damage was done to my vehicle? My daughter and her boyfriend were driving my SUV when hit from behind causing at least 5000.00 dollars worth of damage, when she called her insurance company she had let her insurance lapse. This happened in June 2021, in Florida. As soon as my husband gets home I can send you a copy of the police report. It was like an SUV that hit them. I have a Ford Escape and it was similar to it. She hit the back passenger side causing a lot of damage to the tailgate and bumper. I have pics also if they need them. |
