Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I purchased a Samsung front load washer and dryer, set back in December 2020. A couple of weeks ago it started to leak and I noticed the boot seal had damage to it, when replacing a boot seal, it was discovered that the concrete block inside had exploded. When I purchased the pair, I paid for delivery and set up and kept it in an anti-vibration pan. I have water damage to my property and loss of use of the washer. I paid about $1500 for the pair and purchased it from a place called The Appliance Center located in 32401. |
