Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).

Having trouble with a new van I bought. Dealer can't fix it, it's running hot I take it to the dealer for nine months they can't find why it keeps running hot. I paid 50.000 it's a 2021, I bought it brand new last year. I bought it from Encore Dodge - Mobile AL.
