Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason) I need to know how I can stop my upstairs neighbor from tracking me. I reported her for abusing a child she was babysitting and she told me I messed up her money. She's not having it and that's when she started tracking my every move, this has been going on for 8 months now. She also drags her chair and drops objects. |
