Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). I want to see what it takes to file a lawsuit against a water company. They are overcharging me on my water bill and they don't credit the payments I make towards my bill. Great Basin Water Co. In Pahrump Nevada. They are sending me bills that range from 1,200 to 1,400 dollars. I have lost 5,000 dollars in grass and trees. I want them to be held responsible for what they are doing. It started about 2 years ago. I figured if I kept giving them money the overcharging would stop but it hasn't. I can't remember exactly how much I was paying before the overcharge. |
