Can I sue Macys for cancellation of order? 

Purchase furniture from Macy's that was planned delivery 2 days after, however they couldn’t deliver and pushed date to 3 months later. On delivery date informed us the order could not be met 3 months later. They canceled the order on the date of delivery.
