I have a friend named XXXX J XXXX who is incarcerated in the Crane County Pretrial Facility. He has been incarcerated for about 6 months but I am not sure of the reason he is incarcerated and also I don't know when he was taken to court.

He has money in the Bank of America and we need a Power of Attorney to help him get access to his finance. We need a lawyer in Kern County Bakersfield California, one that is affordable.
