Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). Hi, TD Ameritrade said my account is under “review” and won’t give me any type of upper limit timeframe for how long it will take them to do their backend monkey dance before I can access my funds. I submitted a wire for a property deed that I won via auction, and these dipshits are holding that up and about 100k in my cash balance. Aside from filing finra/cfpb/etc complaints, can you guys do anything to compel them to speed this bs up? Or at least give me a timeframe? Annoying. Sure, please have them email me if possible. I get a lot of spam and scam and soliciting calls so I avoid random number calls. |
