Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason). I am calling on behalf of a 54-year-old woman who was assaulted by her landlord. She sustained both physical and mental injuries. The landlord was arrested and charged with assault and battery and interfering with police communication. The case is an ongoing criminal case in which she would like to claim damages for the assault. There are criminal protective orders in place and a civil restraining order. I want to know if they can help to explain how the contract and agreement work with your company. |
