Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).

I have a convertible note with an Irish entity that is not being paid back and the company is “worthless”.  I would like to discuss placing a lien on the company.  How would I approach this?  I have a signed document from the CEO/largest shareholder with details of the convertible note.
