Please see a question that was previously asked by a client. I live in a condo community and we have a rule that states we are not allowed to store any vehicle in our garages that does not belong to us and insured in our name. This has to do with insurance, liability, and common ground issues. However, somebody has asked me to store one of their many vehicles in my garage regardless of this rule (which they know about). If I were to comply and stored their vehicle and something happened to it (heaven forbid), what is my responsibility and liability? Thanks so much for your help and time! |
