Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
I was wrongfully terminated from my job and I am seeking legal advice. I was fired from Ascension Presence Home Care in Joliet, Illinois February 20th. I had a patient that I had seen on February 8th, and the daughter went to the Joliet Police Department on February 9th and filed a report saying that I did something wrong, but I hadn't done anything wrong. I was on suspension from February 9th to February 20th without pay and then terminated. On February 21st, I had an interview with the detectives and was terminated before the investigation ended. I still haven't heard anything from the detectives, and it has been three (3) months. I was pushed out of my job and my income is gone for 3 months. I also don't have any health insurance and I am diabetic and have a family to provide for.
