The client stated that he would like to file a lawsuit against some deputies at the San Diego Central jail as they had beaten and raped his girlfriend ET late 2022. He said she was 32 years old with blonde hair and blue eyes. He said there was more than one deputy involved, and he witnessed what had happened. He said he was also in jail and was released in October 2022. He said while he was there, he witnessed them raping her. He said more than one deputy was involved, including Deputy W, Deputy A, Deputy R, Deputy L, Deputy R, and others. He said the maintenance, wardens, Nurse L, and Counselors B, J, and J saw what happened and didn't help, so they were also involved. He said he doesn't know the warden's name, but he has his description, and he is white, bald-headed, and in his early 50s.
He said he was on the 5th floor and his girlfriend was on the 7th floor. He said he heard loud screaming, and he watched them rape her then they told her to get in a blue laundry tub with wheels and they packed clothes on top of her. He said he was banging and shouting for them to help his girlfriend while he was in his cell because he knew that was her voice. He said other cellmates were shouting to get her help. He said he saw the warden pull down his pants to his ankles, get on top of her, and force her clothes off. He said they are all sexual predators wearing badges.
He said he doesn't have the money to pay for a lawyer, but anything that he wins he would be willing to give to the lawyer. He said he needs to get his girlfriend out and all the other lawyers he spoke with aren't willing to help him. He said they might try to cover this up and move her, but he has to get her out to save her life. He said he has all the information he needs for the case. He said he was trying to do the right thing, but his patience is wearing. He said he was also trying to call her mother MT but her number is unavailable. He said he would like someone to give him a callback as he doesn't have an email address.
