I am trying to get assistance with an insurance company. I bought a warranty for a refrigerator from the Consumer Priority Service. I bought the refrigerator in 2019, and they denied my claim twice, once last year and once this year. It was because of cosmetic damages, as they first accepted the claim and then denied it after the electrical check.
