I need help with a motor vehicle record (MVR) clean-up or a record expunction. I'm a commercial truck driver who received a traffic citation in Wyoming for driving too fast on an icy road. I already went to court back in 2020 (I'm not sure of the date) and was advised by my lawyer to plead guilty. I received two tickets in Wyoming, each of them 1.5 points which makes it 3 points on my record, and about a week ago my company decided to let me go until I can get my record cleaned. I'm a member of TVC in which I pay a monthly fee for whichever state I'm in.
