Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons).
We need to identify a US Arbitration "entity" to be included in the statement "Any and all disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively by Arbitration by ....We want to add the Arbitration clause to a MOU document. We want to avoid the courts. Both parties should mutually agree upon the choice on a US "Arbitrator". Can you suggest a name/entity?
