I am interested in learning more about your services. Does your Arbitration Services cover both Creditors and Debt Collector of any kind? For instance Capital One and Portfolio Recovery? How does your business model relate to a business such as West Creek Financial who has an Arbitration Agreement verses a company who does not have an Arbitration Agreement?
