Cell phone order problems - Donesia - 06-14-2022 Here is a previous case by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reasons). Well I see T-Mobile did no damage to my report..... so I just applied to Verizon and they only asked for a pic of my ID and SSN which I sent in , got approved for 1000 credit line, chose my device, paid $49 tax on a free device, and got my confirmation number saying they will let me know when to come pick it up....just for them to tell me, an hour later after I called to check on it, that they need more id verification for them to place my order. The first assistant in the fraud department told me I could only use a light bill or car registration to verify it was me. After she told me it was nothing else I could use I was forwarded back to customer service and my order was canceled because I couldn't provide proof of either. once I was transferred back to fraud department the second assistance informed me I could've sent my lease in to confirm my order but I will have to wait the bank days for my refund. if the employees were able to do their job I was able to do my process I would've been able to make the money to pay my borrow back today without borrowing extra money. also they store claimed they had no iPhone 12s anyway though my order said different. |
