Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
There’s this pond that has signs that say no trespassing. But it’s not surrounding the pond. It’s in a gated community and on google maps, not all of the pond is considered to be gated. Am I allowed to fish there?
