Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I want to apply for USAC services. I was in contract with an Architect. The contract requires arbitration through American Arbitration Association (AAA). By email and by USPS mail we have requested payment. No response. Please provide instructions, forms, etc. to apply. We are located in Berkeley, CA.
