Hello, my wife, has been in email contact with your firm. We are interested in learning more about USAC and probably going ahead to use your service. To understand exactly the terms of your service we need to read your actual contract that we would be signing. Our claim is for $16,000+. So, if not resolved through mediation, it would be a simple arbitration with documents only, for only one arbitrator at the American Arbitration Association. Thank you for your cooperation and help.
