T-Mobile Dispute Charges - Samoya - 07-02-2021
Here is a previous question that was asked by *** (Identity withheld for privacy reason).
I am asking for some help with a charge that I no longer have possession of with T-Mobile that I sent back to them a day after I received them the account number is *******. I am being charged for a cell phone thru T-Mobile that I sent back to them 2 or 3 days after I received them because I changed my mind I did not even use the cell phone cell it was a Samsung s 21 5g they are trying to charge me $1045.00 for a phone I do not have it was mailed on February 2 of this year but they never received it got lost in shipping at the UPS FACILITY IN Harrisburg PA and they already know about it and they are still trying to charge me service and for the phone.
